California Department of Rehabilitation State Plan And Triennial Comprehensive Statewide Needs Assessment (CSNA)
The Department of Rehabilitation prepares a State Plan annually that describes how California provides rehabilitation services. You may review the recent State Plans below. In addition, the Department of Rehabilitation conducts a comprehensive statewide assessment of the rehabilitation needs of individuals with disabilities in California. The CSNA Final Report includes the results and recommendations identified from the federally required needs assessment conducted during each triennial period. If you have any questions regarding the State Plan or the triennial CSNA, please contact the California Department of Rehabilitation's Planning Unit at (916) 558–5895.
