National Disability Employment
Awareness Month 2025

October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM). The event is hosted by the U.S. Department of Labor and highlights the contributions, skills and talent people with disabilities bring to the workforce.
This year's theme is Celebrating Value and Talent and reinforces the benefits that companies gain from having inclusive policies and hiring practices in place.
NDEAM is celebrating its 80th anniversary of championing and increasing awareness regarding the importance of all people having access to equitable employment opportunities. NDEAM may take place once a year but hiring qualified and talented people with disabilities is something that companies can do every day.
