Providing a positive and respectful work climate should be standard policy for companies and can contribute to higher employee retention. There are many things employers can do to ensure that employees with disabilities are being treated in a way that is respectful and inclusive. Disability etiquette provides a basic understanding of appropriate and acceptable ways to communicate with and about people with disabilities.
