Approved CVPC/BEP regulation amendment on April 15, 2026

On April 15, 2026, amendments to DOR's BEP regulations in Title 9, sections 7214.2, 7214.3, 7214.4 of the California Code of Regulations were approved and will be filed with the Secretary of State. The amendments will be effective once approved by the Department of Education under 34 Code of Federal Regulations 395.4(a).
